01 WHERE DIAGNOSIS BECOMES ACTION

A diagnosis can explain so much. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Over 90 days, we work together to find what helps, adjust what does not, and build a treatment plan you can actually use—so daily life can feel more manageable, steady, and your own.

03 WHAT THE RESET INCLUDES

  1. 01

    A thoughtful starting review

We begin with your diagnosis, health history, current treatment, priorities, and the parts of daily life that feel hardest right now.

  2. 02

    An everyday-language treatment plan

A clear roadmap you can understand and use, shaped around your needs rather than a generic checklist.

  3. 03

    Medication management, when appropriate

Careful prescribing and monitoring with room to discuss benefits, side effects, questions, and what is changing between visits.

  4. 04

    Dedicated course-correction visits

We adjust the plan as we learn what helps. A slow week or a dropped routine is information—not a reason for judgment.

  5. 05

    Direct clinical access

Direct messaging between visits and responsive guidance within practice policies, so important questions do not have to wait for the next routine appointment.

  6. 06

    Whole-person support

Attention to sleep, stress, emotional regulation, routines, burnout, hormonal changes, relationships, and eating concerns when they are part of your experience.

  7. 07

    Progress you can see

Simple measures and regular reflection help us notice what is improving, what still feels difficult, and what needs to change next.

04 THE PARTNERSHIP

You do not have to do this perfectly.

ADHD or AuDHD can make new routines difficult to sustain. You may miss something, lose momentum, or need the plan explained in a different way. That is part of the work—not a failure of the work.

You show up as you are. We keep paying attention and adjusting the plan until it fits your health, responsibilities, and actual days.
