For purposes of these notices, “Seventh Pillar Psychiatry,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Felicity, Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, PLLC.

This policy applies to the public website at seventhpillarpsychiatry.com. It explains information associated with ordinary website use. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how protected health information is used and disclosed in connection with care.

Services are intended for adults. Seventh Pillar Psychiatry provides clinical services only to adults who are physically located in New York at the time of care.

Ordinary website information

When you visit the site, the website and its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain it. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs.

Business communications

If you email or telephone the practice, we receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond. Ordinary business email is not the place to send clinical details or protected health information. Current patients should use the secure patient portal for clinical communication.

The practice does not sell personal information.

Vercel Web Analytics is used only on the approved public marketing pages: the homepage, About, FAQ, Resources, the Understanding AuDHD guide, Services, the Clarity Evaluation page, and the 90-Day Reset page.

Analytics is not mounted on /begin, the legal-notice pages, the PracticeQ/IntakeQ scheduler, patient portal or login pages, or any page intended to collect personal or clinical information. Analytics events are limited to allowlisted page paths without query strings or URL fragments.

Seventh Pillar Psychiatry does not add advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, retargeting, or session-replay technology to this website. We do not send custom analytics events containing patient identifiers, health conditions, booking details, or clinical information.

The scheduler embedded on /begin is a separate third-party service provided through PracticeQ/IntakeQ. Information entered there is entered into the PracticeQ/IntakeQ interface, not into a Seventh Pillar website form or first-party application programming interface.

PracticeQ/IntakeQ may process scheduling, contact, payment, security, and technical information under its platform terms and the practice’s healthcare arrangements. The platform is also used for secure scheduling, forms, patient portal communication, and related practice functions.

Website information may be used to provide and secure the site, respond to inquiries, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, and understand general use of approved marketing pages.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention may vary according to the information and the system that processes it.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

The site links to PracticeQ/IntakeQ, government resources, research publications, and other external websites. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not transfer control of those services to Seventh Pillar Psychiatry.
