01 WHO THIS IS FOR

You may look capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, or exhausted from holding everything together.

Maybe ADHD has crossed your mind for years. Maybe you were treated for anxiety, depression, burnout, or eating concerns and still feel that part of the story is missing. Or maybe ADHD explains something, but not everything.

You want a real answer, not a rushed label.

02 A THOUGHTFUL ANSWER, EITHER WAY

Not every evaluation results in an ADHD or autism diagnosis. Sometimes ADHD is confirmed. Sometimes both ADHD and autism are present (AuDHD). Sometimes something else better explains what you have been experiencing. The purpose is to understand the full clinical picture, not to force a particular diagnosis, and to provide clear recommended next steps.

03 WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A clear process.
No guessing about what comes next.

  1. 01

    Pre-visit screeners and history

The process can include pre-visit screeners and a relevant history before we meet, so our time together can focus on the parts of your experience that need a closer look.

  2. 02

A clinical evaluation paced around you

An unhurried conversation about attention, executive functioning, sensory needs, masking, emotions, relationships, sleep, eating patterns, and how daily life is affected. The process can include breaks, opportunities to answer verbally or in writing, movement when needed, and the involvement of a support person when helpful.

  3. 03

    Focused follow-up when needed

Real lives do not always fit neatly into one appointment. The evaluation may take place over several visits when clinically appropriate, and additional questions or information may be requested before the assessment is complete.

  4. 04

    A clear diagnostic impression

When the assessment is complete, you’ll receive an explanation of the findings and direct feedback about whether ADHD, autism alongside ADHD, or another explanation appears most central.

  5. 05

A written summary in everyday language

A clear written explanation of the findings and recommendations that you can return to after the evaluation.

  6. 06

    Personalized next steps

Clear treatment and support recommendations shaped around your health, responsibilities, priorities, and actual life.
